Alright kiddies, here’s the scope. When I first started this blog, I had only one goal: release a new podcast once a month. Everything else was up in the air. But now things are gonna change.

I’ve decided to add a little structure to my site. Here’s my plan:

1. One podcast every month (duh), appearing near the end of the month.
2. One mp3 every week, appearing Sunday nights.
3. One artist spotlight every month, appearing near the middle of the month. Artist spotlights will highlight my current favorite band and will offer several sample mp3’s for your listening pleasure.
4. Concert reviews and random music happenings as they occur.

The new format helps me better manage my storage space at libsyn, as well as make sure I don’t go overboard with postings. I think this format should allow me to keep my blog going, even as the pressures of grad school begin crushing my will to live…

Anyways, there’ll be no further updates to the site until August 6. I’m currently in Alaska. I just survived day 1 (of 2) among the grizzlies. See how many bears you can spot in this photo I took. No joke, I was about 30 feet from a mother and her cub. If I make it through day 2, the rest of the trip should be a breeze. In the meantime, enjoy the podcast and leave me comments.
